Check a page against your brand

One click checks the open page against your brand instantly and for free, marks every problem on the page, and fixes the certain ones in one step each.

Use it before you publish a page someone else wrote, or after the agent made a big change.

Run the check

Click Check Home in the Brand card's header. The name is always the page you have open.

The result is at the top of the card: "4 things on Home don't match your brand", grouped by Words, Tone, Facts and promises, Colors, Fonts, Logo and Addressing. On the page, each problem is underlined or outlined with its number. Click a mark to see the same row.

When everything is fine: "Nothing on Home goes against what we checked."

What it checks

• Words you avoid, from Say this, not that, Never use and the Don'ts of your tone, including plural and Czech word forms.
• Phrases from Never promise.
• Exclamation marks, if your tone rules them out.
• Claims that contradict your facts: years ("since 1986"), numbers of years, percentages, "#1".
• Vykání and tykání on a Czech site.
• Colors outside your palette, fonts the page uses, and the logo in the header.

It says honestly what it doesn't check: "Not checked: tone and photos."

Each row says which rule it broke and where the rule came from: "Words: say “loaf” · from your brand manual, p. 12".

Fix what it found

• Free fixes where the answer is certain, one step each with Undo: Replace with “loaf”, Use 1986, Remove the “!”, Use Buttons and links, Use Fraunces, Use the main logo.
• Rewrite in your voice · 1 credit for the rest, like a sentence that needs rephrasing.
• Fix all with the agent or Ask the agent to read Home for a whole-page pass. The message is written for you; you send it.
• Not now hides a mark until the next check.
