Sites, projects and the dashboard

The dashboard lists every site with its status, what needs your attention, and the actions for each site: open, view, hand over, duplicate, move, export or delete.

The dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. A line at the top sums it up: "11 sites · 7 projects · 5 live".

Sites

Each site is a card with a real snapshot of its homepage, taken on its own:

  • its status: Live with its domain, Review link, or Draft;
  • who edited it last and when: "Edited 2 h ago by Ada";
  • Changes not published when the editor is ahead of the live site.

Filter by status or client, sort, group by project or client, and switch between a grid and a list.

Projects

A project is a folder for one client or one job. Click a project to see its sites and settings. New project creates an empty one.

Needs attention

Up to five rows, each with one action: credits that run out within a week, a domain waiting for DNS, changes not published for more than a week, an invitation that expires in 48 hours.

The site menu

Every site has a ⋯ menu:

  • Open in editor and View site;
  • Settings;
  • Hand over to client — see Hand a site over to your client;
  • Rename;
  • Duplicate — a copy with its own address, optionally with its content;
  • Move to project, with Undo;
  • Export — the whole site as a .tmz file; see Export and import a site;
  • Delete — removes everything, including its domains. A live site asks you to type its name and offers Export a copy first. There's no bin, so it can't be undone.

Search

⌘K searches sites, projects, clients and people, and runs actions like New site, Invite people or Hand over to client.

A new workspace

An empty workspace asks What are we building from?: a Figma file or a website, a blank page, a description for the agent, or an export to upload. See Create your first site.
